The first smart model with separate control of lighting systems in each unit and common areas has been constructed on Kish Island by the Paligan Design Studio for the residential project of Behkish Marina. This model is equipped with presentation software, due to its location in the sales office, which allows for the presentation of floor plans, 3D images, and virtual tours of each floor and unit separately.
